<p>The over consumption of Omega-6 polyunsaturated fats has lead Americans into a serious and life threatening Omega-3 fatty acid deficiency.</p>
<p>Too Much Omega-6 Causes Health Problems such as asthma, heart disease, cancer, weight gain, learning disorders, blood clots, liver damage, hyperactivity, sterility, and violent behavior. Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids must be kept preferably to a ratio of 1 to 1, instead of the &#8220;Now Norm&#8221; of 20 to 1 or even 50 to 1. Now this is a serious issue and can be resolved by increasing your Omega-3&#8242;s and decreasing your Omega-6&#8242;s.</p>

<p>Cutting down on snacking is important if you want to lose weight and this is a thing that many fail to change. Snacks seem small and insignificant but in the end of the day they add up and eventually diet plan and a new figure can be failed.</p>
<p>Working in the office (my case) and quitting snacking don&#8217;t work together very well because many factors around work against the fulfilling your diet plan.</p>
<p>One of the evil factors in the office are male colleagues who treat us with unhealthy snacks almost every day &#8220;training&#8221; our already failed willpower. Sacking them would be the best solution but their intentions are good so only weight loss goals are sacrificed.</p>
<p>Second worst thing which don&#8217;t allow me to fight the snacking is our vending machine down the corridor. Every day some invisible power makes me buy fizzy drinks, chocolate bars and crisps moving my weight loss goals even further.</p>
<p>Did you know that average person spends $45 a month on snacks? I spend much more that certainly and disturbing thing is that these snacks consist of &#8220;bad&#8221; products only. My friend who lost her weight gave me tips on how to stop snacking at work and I&#8217;ll share with them with you:</p>
<p>Tip number one is to remain calm. Stress causes us to eat something (something calorie rich in most cases) that&#8217;s why it&#8217;s good to plan the work properly and stick to the planned to avoid unpleasant surprises.</p>
<p>Two. Stock fruits on your desk. These will make a perfect and totally healthy alternative to unhealthy snacks and every time I&#8217;ll crave for something to chew, I won&#8217;t have to go anywhere.</p>
<p>Three. Keeping myself busy and interested should keep me away from snacking as well. This might be effective because on extremely busy days I even forget about my lunch which is great in terms of unconsumed calories.</p>
<p>Fourthly &#8211; natural appetite suppressant. My friend suggested me to try hoodia appetite suppressants which are much stronger suppressants than fruits and can help me to cut down up to 2000 calories a day. Actually I can spend my snacking money on something that will do me good.</p>
<p>These tips are simple and I hope to stop snacking at work and lose weight by following them.</p>

You should start by working on those fat cells that are spreading across your stomach.  While I have already stated that beer is not the cause, it can contribute to your rotund stomach.  Alcohol can make you hungrier (remember beer and pizza with the guys on Sunday night?).  But if you stopped drinkg as much, you&#8217;d probably stop eating as much which would be one step on your journey to flat abs.</p>
<p>Get rid of the beer and you also get rid of the increased appetite.  However, this article is about losing weight without getting rid of the beer, so that will not be included in our weight loss efforts.  But you can switch to a lighter beer with fewer calories and in addition you can exercise more than you drink so that you are burning more calories than you are drinking.  Some of you may think that exercising extensively is too much hard work, so that won&#8217;t be included in our diet program either. But we will look at the best beers for your belly.</p>
<p>The first thought that probably comes to your mind when somebody says low calorie beer is those light beers that taste terrible.  This article is not going to try to convince you of those beers, because we all know that real men don&#8217;t drink such girly drinks.</p>

<p>The best diets are backed up by some form of scientific research and controlled testing. While many diet advertisements are filled with convincing before and after pictures, it&#8217;s very difficult to treat these as anything more than a biased source. Many diet companies use pregnancy or illness photos as their &#8216;before&#8217; material, and post after photos showing their diet participants in great shape. While many of these are real, it&#8217;s difficult to tell which are and which aren&#8217;t, which is why it&#8217;s so important for other signs of a diets legitimacy.</p>
<p>Many diet firms show testimonials in their advertisements. Although these can sometimes be an effective gauge of how well the diet actually works, you should look outside of the typical information sources when looking for signs of a good diet. In fact you need to consider two things:</p>
