It is a type of relaxation pose or transitions from one pose to another.

Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana. Lie down on your back making yourself comfortable enough and put your arms back into the head. Slowly rise your right leg up and bring forward your left leg towards your buttocks. Body will be completely raised above the ground and completely backbend with the support of one feet and shoulder. The pose will stretch open the front of the body specially the thighs, chest and shoulders.

Salabhasana. Lie down on your belly with arms rested on both sides of the body. Lift your head, arms, and legs with slow exhalation and rest on your lower ribs, belly, and front pelvis. Arms will be raised parallel to the floor and eyes gazing forward or upward. Hold on your breathe for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then release with an exhalation.
