<p>To understand the way that free radicals and antioxidants interact, you must first understand a bit about cells and molecules. This is a quick course in Physiology/Chemistry lesson: The human body is composed of many different types of cells. </p>
<p>Cells are composed of many different types of molecules. Molecules consist of one or more atoms of one or more elements joined by chemical bonds. </p>
<p>Atoms are made up of a nucleus, protons, electrons, and neutrons. The number positively charged particles (protons) in the nucleus of the atom is what determines how many negatively charged particles (electron) will surround the atom.</p>
<p>Electrons are responsible for the chemical reactions that take place inside the atom as well as the substance that holds the atom together to form molecules. Electrons orbit the atom in one or more shells.</p>
<p>The innermost shell is full when it has two electrons. When the first shell is full, electrons begin to fill the second shell. When the second shell has eight electrons, it is full.</p>
<p>The most important structural characteristic of an atom for determining its chemical behavior is the number of electrons in its outer shell. </p>
<p>An atom that has a full outer shell does not enter in chemical reactions. Atoms seek to reach a state of maximum stability by one of the following:</p>
<p>Eradicate or pick up electrons to fill or empty the shell</p>
<p>Bonding with other atoms to share electrons to complete the outer shell</p>
<p>Atoms regularly complete their outer shells by sharing electrons with other atoms. Sharing electrons allows the atoms that are bound together to satisfy the conditions of maximum stability for the molecule.</p>
<p>Usually when a split occurs, it never leaves the molecule with an odd, unpaired set of electrons. However, when bond does split, free radicals are created&#8211;they tend to move and react quickly to other compounds as they begin to attempt to capture as many electrons as they can to achieve maximum stability.</p>
<p>The most common way free radicals attack is by finding the closest molecule that is stable and from there they begin the process of stealing electrons. When the molecule that is attacked starts losing the electrons, it becomes a free radical as well. When this process begins, it creates a chain reaction in which the end result is a disruption of a living cell.</p>
<p>Free radicals will frequently arrive during metabolism and sometimes the body will even produce them to fight off viruses and bacteria. Free radicals also come from pollution such as radiation, cigarette smoke, and pesticides.</p>

Basically you will need to repay any karma by correcting your mistakes and ensuring that the good outweighs the bad.</p>

<p>Have you invested tons of money into every hair care product under the sun? Washing your hair properly may play a bigger role then how much money you spend on hair care products. Then you can have a happy wallet and more money to spend on other things. </p>
<p>Do you have a hair plan? Did you know that depending upon your cut and hair that many things determine how healthy your hair will be? We should clear some things up and any misconceptions about washing your hair. </p>
<p>Do you have straight hair? Did you know it is more likely for you to have greasy hair if you do? Make sure you wash it everyday. It will give you a healthy vibrant shine. Using cold water if you can handle it will help even more. Do not wash your hair everyday if you have wavy, curly hair, or have a perm.</p>
<p>It seems that natural shampoo is better for almost anyone then a chemically based shampoo. Gods laboratory seems to always be better then what man can create and it also goes in balance with your hair. </p>
<p>If you do not mind cold water then it is always recommended that you wash your hair in cold water. Many people love hot showers. This is very damaging to your hair and is not recommended. Before you put shampoo in your hair get your head nice and wet. Get lather first and then apply. Gently spend several minutes working the shampoo into the scalp and the rest of your hair. This will also help you from losing hair as well.  </p>
<p>Natural shampoo is always better then a chemically formulated shampoo. Always read the label of what ingredients are used. You have to practically be a chemist before you can read some of these labels and if that is the case then stay away. Do your due diligence and check out what you are buying.  </p>
<p>Meet with your hair dresser or salon. They usually know what they are talking about. Find out what they recommend for you and your hair style or cut. Just remember you do not have to spend big bucks to get a healthy head of hair.</p>

You may live a long and healthy life, only to die at the age of 102 while you are out on your daily jog, or you may suffer with a stroke at the age of 62 and need long term care to help you do your daily activities. As a result, you need to start planning for long term health care to ensure you don&#8217;t be afflicted by an unexpected event that would leave you as a fiscal burden on your family.</p>
<p>Planning for long term medical care comes down to two factors : savings and insurance. If you&#8217;ve got a big savings, you will be able to use it as a cushion while you get long term care insurance to help pay your expenses, without dipping into your savings too much. When you get long term care insurance, you may be paying the premiums for many years before you start to consider picking up benefits on it, but when you do you&#8217;ll have a superb monthly earnings which will leave your savings untouched.</p>
<p>You could have $50,000 saved up in the bank, or even more, but when you allow for all your expenses, especially the fact it can costs $5,000 a month to stay in a care home, your $50,000 disappears after only 10 months. If you have $500,000 saved up, then your savings will cover you for about 8 years, but if you are 62 when you suffer with a stroke that leaves you wanting daily care for 10 years, you are two years too short. However, if you&#8217;ve a plan that pays you $2,000 a month, you are able to increase your ability to pay for your nursing home and your house care by an another five years. That comes from only paying $40 a month or more into your premium!</p>
<p>It is incredibly important to start planning for long-term medical care because when you are young, your premiums will be far less than when you&#8217;re older. As well, nearly half of all people who collect on long term care insurance plans are folks below retirement age. Accidents can occur and you don&#8217;t want to be a burden on your folks when you were an asset before. Planning your long-term medicare through long-term care insurance plans means that won&#8217;t happen and you will receive the care you want, while your family does not have to luck out financially.</p>
<p>Conclusion long term health care wishes can happen to anyone, from the earliest age to the oldest. To make sure that you can afford the high costs of nursing and home care, you&#8217;ll need to start planning your long-term medicare. But for most of us, it takes a little training and development to discover how to find and cultivate our sixth sense and relieve ourselves of doubts that cause us to question the gift.</p>
<p>The way to start is with a complete acceptance and an open mind to all things psychic. To those who doubt and question, the door to developing their latent clairvoyant will remain forever locked.</p>
<p>Perhaps disbelief can be attributed to not fully understanding what it means to be clairvoyant. People who are clairvoyant have a natural ability-often called a &#8216;sixth sense&#8217;-and are able to see or experience things that are not happening directly to them but are happening to someone else somewhere else. It usually comes as a flash of a vision or a premonition of danger regarding something that will happen in the future. It may also be a flashback to something that occurred to someone else in the past. Or it could be happening simultaneously but nowhere near the clairvoyant so that the clairvoyant has no other means of discerning that this is really happening. For instance, you may have heard stories of people who changed their plans due to a clairvoyant vision and escaped tragedy as a result.</p>
<p>So, in order to become a true clairvoyant free your mind of all skepticism and open your awareness to be all-encompassing. Clairvoyance is drawn from the universe around us, and in order to develop as a clairvoyant you must be able to become as one with this universe. To develop this serene sense of &#8220;oneness&#8221; you must first learn to practice meditational type exercises.</p>
<p>The universe is really one great continuum. All things are related and interconnected. What happens in one place affects everything else in some way. When you learn to attune your spirit to the energy of the universe, you can begin to experience more than the conscious mind typically allows.</p>
<p>A clairvoyant free to connect with this universal pool of existence will at first often just see small particles of information and may not be able to discern any real meaning of what he or she sees. It may be even just be an emotion that is picked up, or an image of something, or something &#8220;heard&#8221; in the deep recesses of the mind. But this is the beginning. Learning to recognize it for what it is (a communication with the universal continuum) is the first step.</p>
<p>To be a successful clairvoyant belief is everything, for if you have any shadow of doubt, you will not be able to progress to the level of the complete clairvoyant free from worrying what they see, or feel, or hear being only in their imagination.</p>
<p>Our society doesn&#8217;t usually embrace such openness and awareness. In fact, we often grow up learning to dismiss anything that doesn&#8217;t seem to be firmly grounded in the reality everyone else sees. So you may have difficulty initially.</p>
<p>However, if you can move past this stage, you become more attuned and receptive to a clairvoyant experience. Getting into a trancelike mode of meditation is a necessary prerequisite.
